Aggrey Pemba Gama is an Associate Professor of Food and Sensory Science at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. He earned his Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Georgia, US, in 2019, an MSc in Food Science from the University of Leeds, UK, in 2012, and a BSc majoring in Food Technology from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic, in 2007. His research interests are on food product innovations with an emphasis on the application of sensory science and analytical chemistry in product formulation, product optimization, process optimization, and quality control to meet consumer preferences and regulatory requirements.
