I am Associate Professor and Scholar at Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Department of Finance, Banking and Economic Analysis, University of Craiova, Romania. I have contributed to over 80 co-authored articles and many research projects in interdisciplinary fields. The achievements that define my career are related to the analyses of the banking system, with contributions in terms of efficiency, European banking integration, the concept of governance and CSR in the banking system and sustainability issues at macroeconomic level. Future plans are aimed at continuing research in fields that ensure interdisciplinarity, aspects related to managing the new risks posed by the climate changes and also the importance of greening the banking systems.
