Andreia Teixeira (AT) is a researcher at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP) since 2019. She is also a lecturer at Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (IPVC) since 2010 and at FMUP since 2019. AT is a mathematician (2004), with a Master's Degree in Informatics (2007) and a Doctorate in Informatics (2012). She was a post-doc at CINTESIS/FMUP (2013-17) and at INESC-TEC (2018). She also was a lecturer at Superior Institute of Administration and Management of Porto - ISAG (2012-13) and at Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto - FCUP (2005-06). As an integrated researcher at CINTESIS, Andreia Teixeira belongs to BioData group of Biostatistics & Intelligent Data Analysis, coordinated by Cristina Costa Santos. Here she applies her knowledge of data analysis to real-world data, in different specialties such as Obstetrics, General and Family Medicine. Recently, AT has been invited to join the Pluridisciplinary Group of Primary Health Care.
