Antonio Pastor (Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid) joined Telefónica in 2000 where he has served as an engineer and security expert across various Telefónica networks worldwide. Since 2012, as part of the Telefonica Global CTIO unit, he has worked in innovation activities in the transport network about security based on network programmability. He has produced several patents and is the co-author of several scientific papers. Additionally, he collaborates with the university by teaching classes and keeps active collaboration in standardization bodies.
