Zeeshan Ahmad Arfeen is an Assistant Professor at “The Islamia University of Bahawalpur”, Pakistan, in the Electrical Engineering Department. He received his doctorate from the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM), Skudai Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. He is a senior member of the IEEE organization NJ., USA, a member of the IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES), a life member of IEEE Pakistan, and a member of “The Institution of Engineers Pakistan” (IEP). He is also a life member of the Pakistan Engineering Council. He is an author published by many highly indexed Journals and a potential reviewer of more than 170+ papers ranked in ISI, Scopus, and Conference proceeding Journals. He was awarded a Partial doctoral scholarship from the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan. Arfeen also received an International doctoral fellowship (IDF) and UTM Young Scholarship Grant from the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM). His one paper was the most downloaded paper in 2019 and 2020 and one of the top 10 cited papers in 2020 by the Wiley publisher. He has been invited as a guest speaker to many prestigious international conferences. His research interests include electrical transportation, microgrids, energy management systems, and sustainable energy.
