Prof. Toro received the degree of Systems and Telecommunications Engineer in 2010, at the Catholic University of Pereira, Colombia, and his master’s degree in Management and Development of Software Projects in the year 2017, at the Autonomous University of Manizales, Colombia. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. studies in Big Data Management at the University of Salerno, Italy. His main research areas are software engineering, big data and industry 4.0 technologies. He is an assistant professor and researcher at the Catholic University of Pereira, Colombia.
