To describe clinical and sonographic features of confirmed intraneural perineurioma in 5 patients. We report clinical and sonographic features and retrospective follow-up data in 5 patients with intraneural perineurioma verified by biopsy. In all cases, symptoms were represented by a slowly progressive painless mononeuropathy with muscle atrophy and impaired tendon reflexes. Ultrasound examination revealed locally enlarged cross-sectional area of the nerve that was confirmed by intraoperative visualization. Intraneural perineurioma should be obligatory suspected in case of fusiform thickening of the nerve with locally changed echogenicity. Pooled multiple-center studies with large samples are needed to determine sensitivity and specificity of the main ultrasound parameters including changes in cross-sectional area and echogenicity of the nerve.

и 1930-х гг., современная отечественная и зарубежная литература, посвященная разработке и производству стрелкового оружия, публикации Высшей аттестационной комиссии и Российского индекса научного цитирования. the purpose of the article is to review the activities of the Soviet military, managers and designers in the 1920s and the first half of the 1930s, in the development and production of the main automatic weapons of the small arms department, the hand-held machine gun. The tasks were to identify the problems that existed at the beginning of the development of a light machine gun, to identify the main alternatives (the creation of a light machine gun based on an automatic rifle, machine gun or self-developed). In order to achieve the objectivity of the research, the author examines the process of creating light machine guns in the French Republic, the United States of America, and the Weimar Republic. The article considers earlier alternatives proposed by V.G. Fedorov and F.V. Tokarev. The result of the search was the creation by V.A. Degtyarev of a family including a hand-held, aviation and tank machine gun, its commissioning and the organization of mass production in the military and civilian industries. When writing the article, the author refers to a wide range of sources, including: office records, military literature of the 1920s and 1930s, modern domestic and foreign literature on the development and production of small arms, publications of the Higher Attestation Commission and the Russian Science Citation Index.

и 2010-2020-х гг., публикации Высшей аттестационной комиссии и Российского индекса научного цитирования. the purpose of the article is to examine the activities of soviet military personnel, managers, and designers in the 1920s related to the development and production of individual weapons with high firepower – the «assault rifle». The tasks were to define the term «assault rifle» as used by V.G. Fedorov, to establish its relationship with the terms «semi-automatic rifle», «automatic rifle» and «light machine gun» to determine the extent to which Red Army soldiers were planned to be equipped with automatic weapons and the problems associated with their use, and to identify the reasons for the limited production of automatic weapons in the USSR according to V.G. Fedorov. The article will examine the variants of «assault rifle» proposed by V.G. Fedorov and F.V. Tokarev, as well as the reasons for the gradual abandonment of these weapons in favor of «semi-automatic rifle» and «light machine guns». To ensure the objectivity of the study, the author examines the development of «assault rifle» according to V.G. Fedorov in the British Empire, the United States of America, and the Kingdom of Denmark in the 1920s. When writing the article, the author refers to a wide range of sources, including: office documentation, literature on the development of small arms in the 1920s–1930s and 2010s–2020s, publications by the Higher Attestation Commission, and the Russian Science Citation Index.

и 2010-2020-х гг., публикации Высшей аттестационной комиссии и Российского индекса научного цитирования. the aim of the article is to examine the reasons why V.G. Fedorov developed the 6.5×57 mm cartridge, the reasons why it was not adopted for service during the First World War, and why it was later supplanted in the development of automatic small arms by the 6.5×50 mm and 7.62×54 mm cartridges. The objectives were to determine V.G. Fedorov’s views on the advantages and disadvantages of 6.5 mm rifle and machine-gun ammunition. Compared to larger-caliber ammunition, the description of the development of the 6.5×57 mm rifle-machine-gun cartridge, and the feasibility or lack thereof of classifying it as an intermediate cartridge. The article will provide examples of how the presence in service of a rifle-machine-gun cartridge suitable for creating large-capacity detachable box magazines did not lead to their appearance. In order to achieve objectivity in the study, the author examines 6.5 mm cartridges from the Kingdoms of Italy, Romania, the Netherlands, Greece, Sweden, Norway and Portugal, the Japanese Empire. When writing the article, the author refers to a wide range of sources, including literature on the development of small arms from the 1900s–1930s and the 2010s–2020s, publications by the Higher Attestation Commission, and the Russian Science Citation Index.
