The visual appearance of food is an important attribute when people choose food. This paper aims to examine the impact of visual aesthetics on the consumer’s perception of a healthy and tasty meal. The paper consists of two empirical researches, which includes survey and experimental research. The survey results indicate the connection between the visual appearance of meals and the consumer’s perception of health and tasty meals. The experimental research compare consumer expectations about the meal taste based on its visual appearance, and actual consumer experience after tasting that meal. The results show that there are differences in consumer expectations, based on visual aesthetics and they should assist the hospitality and tourism business from acknowledging how the visual aesthetics of food can influence consumers’ food choice decisions. This can be an effective technique for hospitality and tourism companies in attracting consumers and increasing their loyalty.

As the survival and destiny of mankind are originally and inextricably conditioned by the state of the natural environment, it has become clear over time that man's relationship to the environment and economic growth and development at all costs were no longer possible or acceptable, and that man is, in fact, part of the ecosystem beyond whose legality will not be able to go unpunished. Faced with problems that, as a by-product of modernization, have for decades devastated and violated the quality of life in urban environments, the environmentally conscious global community has been pushing for the creation of sustainable cities and greener urban mobility. Hence the author's intention to emphasize the importance of accepting the concept of sustainable marketing in order to, by raising the collective awareness of the importance of transition to a low-emission society, encourage the substitution of urban mobility habits and behaviour that are in contrast the idea of sustainable urban form and the vision of a green city. The research is based on the use of secondary data, analysis of the content of available professional literature and relevant reports of the United Nations and national institutions, as well as on the application of descriptive methods and methods of analysis and synthesis. The article concludes by offering a framework for the implementation of sustainable marketing and measures that can be taken in the field of creating sustainable urban mobility.

People have traveled for a long time to various destinations to use medical services that in the period of health tourism were related to disease prevention, rehabilitation, but also treatment with the help of natural factors. In the second half of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century, health tourism went beyond the initial framework through a qualitative and quantitative change in the tourist offer. An important resource basis for health tourism is the spa places where appropriate health resorts have been built. The Republic of Serbia is known for its very rich and diverse offer of spa destinations. The study, without the intention to determine a standardized definition of the term, presents various aspects of health tourism and a brief analysis of the development of spa tourism in Serbia. The subject of this paper is the SWOT analysis of the health and tourism center Rajska Banja, with an emphasis on the possibilities of tourism development in the municipality of Zvecan. The aim of the paper is to point out through the valorization of the spa potential in Kosovo and Metohija that health tourism in this area needs a new development concept in accordance with modern trends in the tourist market, in the function of strengthening the tourist offer. The limitations of the research were presented and recommendations for improving the tourist offer of the north of Kosovo and Metohija were given.

Homo economicus Adam Smith and the tendency of man to the violation of moral and social norms in order to achieve their own prosperity resulted in hypertrophy of corruption that equally affects all societies regardless of their level of development. Looking at the global level today, there is no society that is not contaminated by corruption. As a phenomenon of modern times appears in different forms and with different intensity but always distorts value systems. However, corruption is most prevalent where the laws are vague and conflicting with each other, where there is great discretion in public administration, where the mechanisms for monitoring and control of power weakens, or, in countries where the judiciary is inefficient and largely dependent on the impact of executive power holders. It is a serious global problem testifying research conducted by Transparency International, according to which of the 177 analyzed countries and territories of two-thirds of a Corruption Perception Index below 50. For many years, corruption in Serbia occupies the first place on the list of social problems. Prevention and eradication of corruption, organized and time-consuming process requires the definition of anti-corruption legislation and legal measures, non-selective application of the law to all forms of abuse of entrusted power and zero tolerance to corruption of society.
