Managing patients in modern healthcare is getting harder and harder, mostly because more people are getting chronic diseases and the world's population is getting older. To deal with these problems, Intelligent Health Management Systems (IHMS) are being built into the healthcare system. These systems promise to make tracking and diagnosing patients much better. This essay looks at how IHMS could change real-time patient care by using cutting-edge information systems technologies like blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). IHMS really works because they can constantly collect and look at huge amounts of health data from many places, like personal sensors, electronic health records, and what patients say about their results. With this combination, a full picture of a patient's health can be seen at any time. AI and ML algorithms are very important because they can understand large datasets and find patterns to find trends, predict health events, and suggest specific treatment plans. The use of blockchain technology protects the data's stability, security, and privacy, easing major worries about data leaks and illegal access in healthcare. This paper discuss about several examples of how IHMS has used predictive analytics and quick actions to improve patient results and make diagnoses more accurate. Problems like how systems can talk to each other, data safety issues, and the need for strong legal frameworks are also looked at. The results show that using IHMS in healthcare can improve patient care, make better use of resources, and eventually lead to better health outcomes, even though there are some problems to solve. In the end, we suggest a strategy for integrating these technologies into current healthcare systems that will work well. We stress how important it is for engineers, healthcare workers, and lawmakers to work together.

Concerns regarding their opacity and potential ethical ramifications have been raised by the spread of algorithmic decisionmaking systems across a variety of fields. By promoting the use of interpretable machine learning models, this research addresses the critical requirement for openness and moral responsibility in these systems. Interpretable models provide a transparent and intelligible depiction of how decisions are made, as opposed to complicated black-box algorithms. Users and stakeholders need this openness in order to understand, verify, and hold accountable the decisions made by these algorithms. Furthermore, interpretability promotes fairness in algorithmic results by making it easier to detect and reduce biases. In this article, we give an overview of the difficulties brought on by algorithmic opacity, highlighting how crucial it is to solve these difficulties in a variety of settings, including those involving healthcare, banking, criminal justice, and more. From linear models to rule-based systems to surrogate models, we give a thorough analysis of interpretable machine learning techniques, highlighting their benefits and drawbacks. We suggest that incorporating interpretable models into the design and use of algorithms can result in a more responsible and moral application of AI in society, ultimately benefiting people and communities while lowering the risks connected to opaque decision-making processes.

The number of vehicles on the roads is increasing in proportion to the economic revolution and economic growth. Using a large number of vehicles will increase violations of the law, cause accidents and lead to crime. Traffic flow monitoring is needed to overcome these problems. Intelligent machines can play an important role in traffic management by identifying the bus. In this research study, a project has been developed for license detection and recognition utilizing convolutional neural network (CNN) which is a deep learning method. The system consists of two parts: License area verification and license characters verification. During the search, images of the vehicle were recorded on digital cameras. The system then distributes the license area of the image frame. After removing the trace area, a method is adopted to convert the low image to high image. This technique is used with CNN layers to rebuild the quality of pixels of the input image. Segment each character on the board using the bounding box. In the recognition process, CNN technology is used for extraction and classification.

The primary focus of this study is the validation of composite additives with the help of additional optimization methods and the analysis of its effect on the combustion characteristics of compression ignition (CI) engines. Previous work on the identification of the correct multi additive combination by Taguchi and the TOPSIS optimization method has shown substantial improvements in the performance and emission characteristics of CI engines. The same work was extended using the GRA Optimization method with the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) optimization technique known as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to validate the optimization results from the previous optimization work. Remarkably, all optimization methods yielded consistent results, pointing to the superiority of the composite additive sample ‘D8EH6E4 hence supporting the outcome of previous work. Subsequent testing and comparison of this novel composite additive with baseline diesel fuel for combustion characteristics analysis demonstrated notable improvements in combustion parameters, including a 25 % reduction in the rate of pressure rise, an 18 % decrease in net heat release rate, and a 6 % decrease in mean gas temperature.

Since the start of the covid 19 pandemic, a wide range of medications have been produced and are currently being utilized to treat the disease. Tulsi, in addition to all of the chemical-based medications, is an herbal therapy that is particularly effective in the treatment of this ailment. Tulsi has been used to heal ailments and infections for millennia, particularly in India. Because we use tulsi for medicinal purposes, it's vital to monitor its health in order to reap the full benefits of its herbal properties. Plant diseases harm the health and growth of the plant. Disease detection in plants is crucial so that it can be treated before it spreads throughout the plant. To detect illnesses in tulsi leaves, we propose employing a model based on convolution neural networks. Image processing and CNN are widely employed. The prepared model extracts the image's key features and categorizes it into different disorders. The model has a 75 percent accuracy rate.
