I am a plant scientist specializing in rice functional genomics, genome editing, plant regeneration, and multi-omics approaches for crop improvement. My research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying stress tolerance, disease resistance, regeneration efficiency, and important agronomic traits in rice. I have extensive experience in CRISPR/Cas-mediated gene editing, mutant development, transcriptomics, single-cell RNA sequencing, proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and bioinformatics-based candidate gene discovery. My current work integrates molecular biology, omics technologies, and machine learning to identify and validate key genes, peptides, and regulatory networks involved in plant development and stress responses. I am particularly interested in improving rice transformation and regeneration systems, decoding cell-specific regulatory mechanisms, and developing predictive strategies for functional validation. Through my research, I aim to contribute to the development of climate-resilient, high-yielding, and disease-resistant rice varieties.
