Dr. Bojana Kokić is a Senior Research Associate at the Institute of Food Technology, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She graduated as an Engineer of Technology from the Faculty of Technology, Novi Sad, in 2008 and obtained a Doctor of Science degree in Technological Engineering from the same faculty. Her research area includes products based on grain crops for human and animal nutrition. She has expertise in quality and safety control of animal feed, the inclusion of alternatives and by-products of the food industry in animal nutrition with a focus on ruminant feed, and improving the quality of animal feed through the application of various technological production procedures.
