We propose a vector error correction model to explore the causal correlation between green finance, economic growth, and renewable energy consumption from both short- and long-run perspectives to empirically evaluate the efficacy of green finance policies. Based on time-series data from 2000 to 2020, we use the unit root test method to examine time-varying trends and cointegration for time-series data. We find that renewable energy consumption has a negative relationship with emissions but green finance is positively correlated with economic growth. Green finance is the driving factor behind the increasing utilization of renewable energy in China. CO 2 emissions per unit of GDP decreased by 1.077% for every 1% increase in green finance development. Although the share of renewable energy consumption increased by 1%, CO 2 emissions per unit of GDP decreased by 0.55%. Therefore, green finance is significant in decreasing CO 2 emissions; it has a negative impact on CO 2 emissions and the renewable energy sector and must be addressed by financial policy, stability, and long-run sustainability. We categorized green finance, which refers to carbon finance innovations such as trusteeship, to improve market demand and eventually develop industries to expand the number of emission-control industries.

The main aims of the current study are to determine during the COVID-19 epidemic effects on renewable and green energy and control the raising the cost of utilizing renewable energy to power for country energy plants using the Levelized Cost of Energy methods. Objective 1) The COVID-19 pandemic can be provided through green financial policies such as coal pricing, transferable green certificates, and loans for renewable energy markets. Objective 2) examined the cost of offshore wind power in china before and after the COVID-19 outbreak, using data from 100 offshore wind power projects constructed between 2000 and 2020. Based on results, wind power's fixed average cost of electricity fell from 0.98 Chinese yuan in 2000 to 0.79 Chinese RMB in March 2019, and subsequently to 0.75 Chinese RMB in 2020, a 13.99 percent increase. Other results average electricity generation price down to 0.79 RMB, 0.99 RMB, and 0.79 RMB and average carbon oxide emissions was 50 RMB/ton increase. The green fiscal policies will be required during the COVID-19 epidemic to promote offshore wind energy generation investment.

This study examines the long- and short-run asymmetrical effects of climate change on crop production by analyzing an annual time series from 1990 to 2019. In order to model the long-run and short-run cointegrations of a number of variables across time, as well as their causality directions, an ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) method was employed. The results of the study were also analyzed using a regression model in order to assess the reliability of the findings. As a preliminary result, a causal relationship between the variables, on a long-term basis, has been established using the Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS), Canonical Cointegration Regression (CCR), and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The study found that crop production and carbon dioxide emissions in the country have a very strong relationship both on a short-term as well as a long-term basis, as well as showing a positive relationship between labor force, fertilizer use, and water availability over the long-term. A long-term analysis of the labor force, fertilizer use, and water availability shows a significant positive correlation between the three variables. As a result of the short-run study, several factors were positively and statistically significant, including carbon dioxide emissions, temperature, labor force, and fertilizer use. There was a significant influence of both climatic and non-climatic factors on Pakistan's crop production based on a paired Granger causality test. Based on the study's conclusions, Pakistan's policymakers must develop agricultural policies, strategies, and plans for the purpose of reducing carbon dioxide emissions, according to the conclusion of the study. Thus, by encouraging environmentally friendly farming methods, the country will be able to increase its efforts toward achieve sustainable agriculture. It is important for the country to promote environmentally friendly farming in order to achieve a sustainable agriculture industry.
