Ngoc-Tam BUI received a B.E (2008) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). He received an M.E (2012) and Ph.D. (2015) in the field of engineering optimization from the Shibaura Institute of Technology. He now is an Assistant Professor at Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan. He also works as a lecturer at the School of Mechanical Engineering of HUST. His research interests include engineering optimization, optimization design, and manufacturing technology.
