My research focuses on advancing theranostic imaging in cancer, inflammation to cancer transition, including pancreas, kidney and brain disorders using NIR I/II agents. By leveraging technologies like NIRF for imaging, Protac for targeted degradation, capillary electrophoresis for inhibitor screening, single-cell sequencing, transgene mice models, and CRISPR-Cas9/CAR-T/NK for immunotherapy, we seek to decipher disease mechanisms and pioneer new treatments for gastrointestinal diseases.
