Ts. Dr. Tan Chung Keat holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Phytochemistry, a field specializing in the study of bioactive ingredients derived from plants. Dr. Tan has 10 years of experience as an academician in a leading private university in Malaysia. During this time, he had successfully secured more than 10 research grants; of which three of them are the competitive Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and it totalled more than 1 million ringgit. Additionally, Dr. Tan is also an affiliated member of Young Scientist Network of Academic Science Malaysia (YSN-ASM). He is dedicated and passionate about research, especially the development of natural products and has years of experience conducting clinical trials.
