He is currently a researcher at DeustoTech where he is developing projects related to modelling energy efficiency, the development of prediction algorithms in the energy sector, and the design of decision support applications in the area of urban planning. He has published more than 50 articles in relevant journals and conferences with an h-index of 17. He has participated in more than 20 projects related to the energy sector and sustainability including 8 H2020 projects including one as coordinator, 7 projects with European labels, and a Life+ project. His scientific interests are focused on the development of experimental designs for the validation of energy efficiency actions and the application of artificial intelligence for the development of decision support tools.
