My name is Daniel Zalewski and I am a researcher at the Medical University of Lublin, Poland. I earned my pharmacy degree in 2013 and obtained a PhD in 2019. I also completed postgraduate studies in laboratory diagnostics, data analysis, and data science. As a pharmacist and laboratory diagnostician, my research focuses on identifying transcriptomic biomarkers of peripheral vascular diseases to elucidate their pathogenesis and develop diagnostic and therapeutic targets. I specialize in technologies such as NGS sequencing, RT-qPCR, and ELISA, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and visualization using the R environment. I am the creator of RQdeltaCT, an R package for relative quantification of gene expression using the delta Ct method.
