Davy Moussango Victor is a young teacher-researcher with a PhD in Biochemistry of Natural Substances and a diploma in HSEQ Engineering. He is known for his contributions in the fields of Nanobiotechnology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Plant Pathology, fungi culture and identification, Agriculture and Environmental Protection. His recent work has focused on improving the growth and productivity of various plant species, in particular through innovative approaches to the development of phytoproducts for plant protection and the establishment of disease resistance mechanisms. In 2023, Davy il was awarded a patent entitled ‘Biopesticide by nanoformulation of clove and ginger essential oil for the protection of fruits’ by the African Intellectual Property Organisation (OAPI) Publication No. 08BR/2023. This important invention is revolutionising agricultural practices in Cameroon and limiting the use of synthetic chemical pesticides, which have harmful effects on humans and the environment. This research underlines his commitment to understanding the biochemical processes that can improve plant performance.
