I am interested in the role of ion channels and transporters in cancer and refractory diseases. My research focuses on membrane protein targets such as ANO1/TMEM16A, CFTR, TRPV4, and PAR2/F2RL1, with particular emphasis on lung, gastric, pancreatic, liver, and colorectal cancers, as well as cystic fibrosis. Using FRT-ANO1-YFP and FRT-CFTR-YFP fluorescence-based screening platforms, I aim to identify novel bioactive compounds and integrate bioinformatics with cell-based functional validation for translational therapeutic development.
