Assistant Professor at the School of Law of Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Collaborating Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies of the University of São Paulo, working in the fields of climate change and cities. Lecturer in the Specialization Program in Theory and Practice of Municipal Public Law at the Graduate School of Municipal Public Law of the Office of the Attorney General of the Municipality of São Paulo. She holds a PhD in State Law, with an emphasis on Urban Law, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2015), and has completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Department of Environmental Health of the School of Public Health of the University of São Paulo (2017–2018) and at the USP Global Cities Synthesis Center of the Institute of Advanced Studies of the University of São Paulo (2019–2021). She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of São Paulo (1998), a Master’s degree in State Law, with an emphasis on Tax Law, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2005), and a Professional Master’s degree in International Environmental Law from the University of Limoges (2011). She has served as an Attorney for the Municipality of São Paulo since 2003. She is also a practising lawyer in public law, with a particular focus on administrative, urban, and environmental law.
