Dr. Deepak Punetha received the PhD degree from Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna, India. He has completed the B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun and M.E. degree in Electronics Product Design and Technology from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh (formerly known as PEC University of Technology) respectively. He served as Assistant Professor/Research Fellow at VIT Chennai, IIT Bombay, IIT Patna, Punjab Engineering College (Chandigarh), Uttarakhand Technical University (Dehradun), Chitkara University (H.P.), and Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (Mohali). Presently he is serving Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. His area of interest includes Electronics Product Design and Technology; Nanotechnology; Microelectronics; Fabrication, Modeling and Simulation of Semiconductor Devices including Gas Sensors, Nano-generators, Solar Cell, Photo detectors, and so on.
