Biography
Danilo Godone received his PhD in Forestry from the University of Torino in 2008. From 2004 to 2015, he worked as Grant Holder at the Faculty of Agriculture. In 2015, he moved to the Research Institute for Geo-Hydrological Protection of the Italian National Research Council and was promoted to Senior Reseacher in 2024. His research topics mainly include: sustainable mountain development, geohazard monitoring, geomatics, and the cryosphere.
