Currently, I am a Ph.D. student in the field of Food Biotechnology, focusing on migration from food contact materials into food. Always looking for new challenges and to develop new skills. I would describe myself as passionate, motivated, and ambitious to contribute with my work to the current knowledge regarding food safety. Work experience in international environments acquired through professional mobilities performed abroad, at the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), Department of Chemical and Product Safety, National Reference Laboratory for Food Contact Materials in Berlin, Germany; at the Toxicological Centre, University of Antwerp in Antwerp, Belgium; at the Rowett Institute of University of Aberdeen, in Aberdeen, Scotland; at the University of Bologna, Italy. Professional, I`m interested in food safety, human nutrition, and health. Personal life: interested in psychology, arts, languages, literature, nature.
