Duarte Miguel Folgado has an MSc in Biomedical Engineering and currently works at the R&D department at Associação Fraunhofer Portugal Research. He is also a PhD student in the area of Explainable Artificial Intelligence. His main research interests include the knowledge extraction from time series using signal processing, machine learning and deep learning techniques.
