Mingyang Du earned a PhD in Transportation Engineering from Southeast University in 2022. He is currently an associate professor in the College of Automobile and Traffic Engineering, Nanjing Forestry University. He is now a member of the Green Travel and Service Technology Committee of the World Transportation Congress (WTC). He has presided over multiple research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Humanities and Social Science Fund of the Ministry of Education of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Natural Science Research of Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions of China, and Scientific Research Startup Fund for Advanced Talents of Nanjing Forestry University. His work in the field of transportation research has resulted in 33 publications in domestic and international journals and academic conferences, including 18 SCI/SSCI papers as the first author or corresponding author，such as Transportation Research Part A/E, Transportmetrica A, Sustainable Cities and Society, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Advanced Transportation, ISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information, Sustainability, Applied Sciences -Basel. His research interests include shared transportation spatio-temporal data mining, operation management modeling and optimization, travel behavior modeling and public policy analysis.
