Graduated in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environment from Universidade Estadual Vale do Acaraú - UVA (2019). Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources) from the Federal University of Ceará (2022) and Doctoral Student in Civil Engineering (Water Resources) at the Federal University of Ceará. Throughout his academic formation, he developed research in the area of climate and water resources, with emphasis on the following topics: hydrology, risk analysis in water resources, climate change, climate variability, time series analysis, hydrological and hydraulic modeling, hydrology of extreme events and management of water resources.
