Dr. Rubio Rosas completed his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and his Master's degree in Chemical Sciences at the Faculty of Chemistry of the UNAM, before obtaining his Doctorate in Engineering at the Autonomous University of Querétaro. Since 2005, he has been working as a full-time researcher at the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP) and is a distinguished member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico. Dr. Rubio Rosas' scientific research primarily focuses on the synthesis and characterization of ceramic nanomaterials, the development of hybrid polymer–ceramic coatings, innovation in composite materials reinforced with recycled materials, and advancing research and development of new materials utilizing industrial waste.
