Team leader in the Information Technology and Department of the Geneva University Hospitals, Switzerland, since 2011. He is in charge of the development and usability assessment of mobile health applications and their integration in the care network. He graduated in 2003 form the University of Geneva, Switzerland, with a master in computer science. Frederic then worked as an invited researcher at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, from 2005 to 2008 and held several positions at Geneva University Hospitals focusing on research activities in the field of mHealth. He obtained a Ph.D. in computer science in 2009. Frederic is actively involved in academic life at the European level with numerous scientific publications. He is a board member of the Swiss Society for Medical Informatics since 2019. He received several awards, including the Pfizer 2020 Research Award, the International Award from the International Hospital Federation, as well as several awards for innovation projects.
