Esra Şahin is an Associate Professor teaching at Akdeniz University, Manavgat Tourism Faculty, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. She completed her bachelor's degree at Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration in 2010. She completed her her master's degree at Gaziantep University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in 2015 and her PhD degree at Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in 2019. Her academic interests are tourism marketing, menu planning, sustainability, neuromarketing, and gastronomy.
