Dr. Ferenc Mészáros has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Transport Technology and Economics at Budapest University of Technology and Economics since 2004. He graduated as an MSc transport engineer and economic engineer. He received his Ph.D. based on a thesis in transport sciences from Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem in 2007. He is a TG Economics and Policy Member and Country and Area Representative at the World Conference on Transport Research Society. His main research areas are transport and regulatory policy and infrastructure charges.
