Dr. Gabriel León is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Universidad Politécnica Salesiana (UPS), Ecuador. He earned his PhD in Information Technologies from Universidad de Guadalajara (UDG), Mexico, an MSc in Web Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain, and a BSc in Systems Engineering from Universidad del Azuay (UDA), Ecuador. Dr. León has published extensively in international journals and conferences, particularly in natural language processing, cyberbullying, high-performance computing, and cloud computing. He is currently a member of the Smart Cities, Cloud Computing, and High-Performance Computing Research Group (GIHP4C) at UPS and serves as a reviewer for various international journals and academic conferences. His teaching areas include software development, programming, and high-performance computing.
