Prof. Dr. Gerardo Bosco is an Associate Professor at the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Physiology, Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy; he is also the director of a Master II level in Hyperbaric Medicine. He is a scientific consultant of the ATIP Centro di Medicina Iperbarica. He graduated from the University of Chieti-Pescara and received his M.D. and Ph.D. in muscle pathophysiology. His main research focuses on hyperbaric oxygen and human health. In addition, he is a Visiting Professor at Universitat Greifswald and Tampa General Hospital.
