Dr. Guanghui Shen hold a Ph.D. in Microbiology and currently work as an Associate Professor at the College of Food Science, Sichuan Agricultural University, China. His interest research focuses on the utilization of food microbial resources and fermented foods. He also has presided over multiple provincial research projects and enterprise-university cooperation projects, published several SCI Top journal papers as the first and corresponding author, and obtained for authorized invention patents.
