Scientific Research is my first and top work priority. I work on Bioinformatics covering all species for Illumina and LongRead sequencing technologies. I use Rust as my primary programming and software-development language. I use Python specifically for machine learning, scientific computing, and ML-based data analysis. I do not use Python as my general software-development language. For machine learning, I work with both classical and deep learning approaches, including scikit-learn, LightGBM, XGBoost, CatBoost, Keras and other specialized scientific ML libraries as required by the research problem. My ML focus is structured scientific data including DNA/genomic sequences, gene interaction networks, microbiome data, metabolomics, chemical/molecular data, biological time series and other structured biological datasets. Python is therefore an additional ML and scientific-analysis environment alongside Rust, not a replacement for Rust. Rust remains my main language for scientific software, applications, pipelines, tooling and high-performance software development. I use R where appropriate for statistical analysis and bioinformatics. My GitHub account is https://github.com/sablokg
