Dr. Peiyong Guan is a Scientist at the Lab of Biodiversity Genomics, Genome Institute of Singapore. He is interested in dissecting the interplays of epigenomics and genomic dysregulations in oncogenesis, metastasis, and drug resistance through multi-omics integration and drug screening, with a focus on rare cancers. He worked on epigenomic and genomic alterations in non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma, and ameloblastoma during his graduate studies at Duke-NUS Medical School. His research interests include computational biology, epigenomics, genomics, rare cancer, and renal cell carcinoma.
