Prof. Dr. Guido Angelini is Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara (Italy). He received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2002, defending his thesis on the study of supramolecular aggregates of amphiphilic molecules. His research interests include supramolecular interaction studies using isothermal titration calorimetry; the microwave synthesis of organic compounds; the preparation of metal nanoparticles; thermodynamic and kinetic investigations of the keto-enol tautomerism of bioactive compounds in aprotic solvents and in ionic liquids.
