Dr. Hafiz ZAHOOR is currently the Assistant Professor at the Department of Construction Engineering & Management, NUST College of Civil Engineering, Risalpur Campus, Pakistan. He completed his BE (Civil) degree from Military College of Engineering (MCE) Risalpur, in 1998 with honours. He holds MS Construction Engineering & Management from NUST with Gold Medal and a PhD Degree (with Construction Management as a specialization) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong (https://bit.ly/2KGV04e). He has more than 17 years of work experience in the field of Civil Engineering. He has over 50 research publications to his credit. His research interests include: Barriers to safety implementation, Project delays & time-cost performance, Predicting time and cost overruns, Construction claims, Enhancing productivity using BIM, Construction disputes, EVM, Risk assessment in PPP projects.
