Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan Gençoğlu is a faculty member in the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, Firat University, Elazig, Türkiye. He received his PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics and conducted postdoctoral research in Endocrine Biology at King’s College London. His research focuses on molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying disease-related metabolic regulation, oxidative stress, inflammation, apoptosis, and cellular signaling. His studies include in vitro cancer models, experimental animal models, natural bioactive compounds, nutraceuticals, wound healing, reproductive biology, and molecular pathways associated with chronic diseases. He has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications indexed in international databases and actively contributes to academic peer review and editorial activities. His current research interests include natural products, redox signaling, metabolic reprogramming, inflammatory pathways, and translational biomedical approaches.
