Helga C.A. Silva is an MD (Neurologist), PhD, post-PhD, assistant professor and coordinator of the CEDHIMA (Centre for the Study, Diagnosis and Research of Malignant Hyperthermia) of the Department of Anesthesiology, Pain and Intensive Care at Federal University of São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, and a member of European Malignant Hyperthermia Group.
