Biography
Himer Avila-George is with the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Guadalajara, Mexico. He is an IEEE senior member and a member of the Mexican Computer Academy (AMEXCOMP). Due to his career as a researcher, the Mexican Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) has distinguished him as a member of researchers' national system, rank SNI-2. His research interests are related to high-performance computing, software testing, image processing, and machine learning techniques to address multidisciplinary problems.
