I have been working on synthesis and processing of MXenes since 2016. My PhD thesis was on MXenes for electronic and thermoelectric applications, from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in 2020. Solution process of MXenes into thin film and its micro patterning process were investigated to utilize as electronic material in transistors with oxide and quantum dot semiconductors. I am currently working at Drexel University as a postdoctoral researcher since 2022, followed by previous postdoc experience at Imperial College London. My research interest covers nanomaterials, 2D materials, MXenes, synthesis and processing, characterizations, applications in electronics and thermoelectrics and recently expands to optics and condensed matter physics.
