Harry was born and raised in Singapore. He read pharmacy at University College London with a scholarship from the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and graduated with first-class honours in 2014. Thereafter, he completed his pharmacist pre-registration training at the Singapore General Hospital and stayed on as an inpatient pharmacist. His work experience beyond hospital pharmacy includes health technology assessment and serious reportable events in healthcare. He is presently a doctoral student in drug delivery at The University of Hong Kong under the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme.
