Dr. Hyung Rok Woo earned a BA in Psychology (1995), an MA in HRM/OT (2009), and a PhD in Strategic Management (2003) from Korea University. He is currently a professor of Business Administration at Mokpo National University. He has built his career as a consultant at management consulting firms such as PSI Consulting (1995–2000), PricewaterhouseCoopers (2000–2004), and Nemo Partners (2004–2010). Dr. Woo has consistently worked to apply academic theories to real-world business contexts while also expanding these theories through data analysis and empirical research. Currently, he teaches courses in leadership, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and strategic management at Mokpo National university. His research interests include business strategy, entrepreneurship, organizational development, and human resource development. He has published over 20 papers in various journals related to management and psychology and has written books in the fields of Statistics and HRD.
