Halil İbrahim GÜLER is a Professor in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Faculty of Sciences, at Karadeniz Technical University, Trabzon, Türkiye. His research combines experimental molecular biology and biochemistry with computational approaches to investigate biologically active compounds and their interactions with molecular targets. His work includes enzyme inhibition assays, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, binding-energy calculations, and in silico ADMET assessment. He has contributed to interdisciplinary studies examining structure–activity relationships and integrating biochemical findings with computational models to support the evaluation of compounds of pharmacological interest.
