Xuemeng Liu, holds a Ph.D. in Economics. She is a Zhufeng Talent (B2 Position) and Research Fellow at the Business School of Chengdu University of Technology. To date, she has published over 10 papers in renowned domestic and international journals and newspapers, including Energy Policy (SSCI, CAS Second-Tier Top Journal), Applied Energy (SCI, CAS First-Tier Top Journal), Environmental Impact Assessment Review (SSCI, CAS First-Tier Top Journal), Journal of Environmental Management (SCI, CAS Second-Tier Top Journal), Guangming Daily (Theoretical Edition), China Land Science, Bulletin of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and China Social Science News, etc. Among these, one paper has been fully reprinted by the Renmin University of China Document Reproduction Service, two papers are ESI Highly Cited Papers, and one is an ESI Hot Paper. Her research on green finance and carbon emission efficiency, green finance and low-carbon economic transformation, digital economy and carbon emission performance, and green investment and financing has become hot and highly cited papers in the past three years, with a total of 795 citations on Google Scholar. She has received four provincial-level leadership approvals. As a key researcher, she has participated in multiple projects, including the National Social Science Fund Key Project (21AZD113) and the National Social Science Fund General Project (20BGL189).
