HEYAM H. AL-BAITY is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology and the Vice-Dean of the College of Computer and Information Sciences (CCIS) at King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She received her PhD in Computer Science and has more than ten years of teaching, research and administrative experience. Her research interests include machine learning, deep learning, biometric authentication, nature inspired computing and their applications in science and industry, multi-objective optimization, big data analytics, and assistive technology.
