Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2003), Master (2005), and Ph.D.(2010) in Pathology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He is currently adjunct professor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and Vice President of the Brazilian Association of Veterinary Pathology. Has to experience in Veterinary and Experimental Pathology, with an emphasis on oncopathology, acting on the following topics: melanoma, breast cancer, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, dogs, mice, immunohistochemistry, histopathology, cell and molecular biology.
