Ms. Farah Alsharif has been working as a Clinical Dietitian, at one of the most well-known governmental hospitals in Saudi Arabia, for more than 7 years. From her career background, she got interested in obesity research since it is one of the most prevalent health problems in Saudi Arabia. She thought it would be interesting to conduct a review about obesity. Accordingly, she decided to conduct a research project for her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition on “The Effect of Curcumin Supplementation on Anthropometric Measures in Overweight or Obese Adults”. In addition to this, she has recently published a systematic review about the “Effect of Supplemental Parenteral Nutrition Versus Enteral Nutrition Alone on Clinical Outcomes in Critically Ill Adult Patients”.
