My research primarily applies game theory and optimization methods to study to study behavioral operations and platform operations, including crowdfunding, shared labor, and healthcare platforms, analyzing how human decision-making biases and strategic interactions shape operational efficiency, pricing, and matching mechanisms. In behavioral operations, I examine supply chain decisions under bounded rationality, fairness-driven contract design, and herd behavior in crowdfunding. For platform operations, I explore dynamic pricing, reputation systems, and matching algorithms to optimize gig economy and healthcare platforms. My approach integrates game-theoretic modeling, mechanism design, and numerical analysis to derive actionable insights. My interests also extend to blockchain-based platforms, AI-enhanced matching, and multi-platform competition in digital markets.
