PhD DEng Jesús Rodrigo Comino has a PhD in Geography from the University of Málaga (Spain) and the second one in Geomatics and Topography from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain). He is an expert on regional geography, soil geography and land degradation processes. He's Associate Professor at Universidad de Granada (Spain)
